Reading Macworld magazine is one thing. Reading an article about the World Wide Web and being able to visit any Web page described in the article is quite another!
That's exactly what you have here. As you read the article, you'll encounter underlined phrases. Exactly as when you're using the World Wide Web, you can double-click one of these “hyperlinks”; the screen will change, and you'll find yourself looking at the actual Web page described in the article! This works even if you're not connected to the Internet.
If you were really on the Web, you could continue clicking hyperlinks (underlined phrases) and exploring the Internet. Because this is just a demonstration, however, you'll be able to visit only the first page, the welcome screen, of each Web page — and then you'll have to click the Back button to return to the main Macworld article.
Still, you'll have a good time learning about some terrific Macintosh resources online.
